## About the project
CriadorInstalador is a desktop tool that builds the .msi installer for a Windows Forms system. Just point it to the program folder (or only the project, which it builds in Release first) and click "Build installer".
The generated .msi has Portuguese setup screens (welcome, install folder and install), creates Start menu and desktop shortcuts, can require .NET Framework 4.8 and shows up in "Add/remove programs". Installing over an existing copy upgrades it while keeping the files changed on the customer's machine, such as the .exe.config.
For the management systems, it creates a data folder under %ProgramData% writable by every user (where the SQLite database lives) and can show a company setup screen: the store name and the choice between SQLite and PostgreSQL, saved only on the first install.
Under the hood, the tool writes a WiX Toolset 5 project (Package.wxs and .wixproj) and runs dotnet build on it. Each system's options live in an .instalador (XML) file with relative paths, so the installer can be rebuilt for every release without setting it up again.
